The AE309² is a slim-line 2.5-way floorstander from the redesigned 300 Series, using two 120mm paper/coconut-fibre mid/bass drivers and a 29mm soft dome tweeter developed from the Corinium project. The drive units are housed in an 18mm constrained-layer RSC cabinet, supplied with aluminium feet and spike covers.
