Rega has made turntables in England since 1973, and it still designs and builds them the same way: by hand, to a standard rather than a fashion, with every part engineered to do its job and nothing else. The Planar range — from the ready-to-play Planar 1 to the reference decks — is one of the most trusted names in analog playback.

Rega makes far more than turntables. Tonearms, moving magnet and moving coil cartridges, phono stages, integrated amplifiers, CD players, and loudspeakers are all designed to work together, which makes a full Rega system one of the simplest routes to genuinely engaging sound.

At the showroom, Rega turntables and amplification run daily in our demonstration rooms — bring a favorite record and hear a complete analog chain, set up correctly. You will find them running in System 5 and System 6.
