The R12s brings the R-Series subwoofer platform to a 300 mm glass-fibre driver in a sealed enclosure, powered by a 1.0 kW amplifier with the same 48-bit DSP engine, touchscreen, and app control as the rest of the line. The driver uses multiple aluminium shorting rings and a multi-layer Nomex spider, optimised through Perlisten's nonlinear modelling and Klippel measurement.
