The GMT One System is a unified analogue replay system comprising the 15-inch OMEGA Drive direct-drive motor, the ALPHA Drive control electronics, the GRAVITON Ti Armwand with Piezo VTA control, the STAGE One over-arm step-up and cable-management stage, the pneumatic LeVeL Isolation System developed with Thorlabs, and the R1 Rack. The complete system is operated through the WB GMT Control App on a supplied smart device with a preconfigured router, giving remote control of speed, arm lift and vertical tracking angle in one-nanometre steps. It was developed with the GMT Consortium and is designed, developed and manufactured in Sheffield, England.
