The MC2.1KW is McIntosh's reference monoblock, a tri-chassis design of one Output Module and two Power Modules that together deliver 2,000 watts into 2, 4 or 8 ohm loads. The two 1,000-watt Power Modules amplify in-phase and out-of-phase signals that are recombined in the Output Module. Quad Balanced circuitry, Power Guard, Sentry Monitor and multiple speaker terminals for bi- and tri-wiring complete the specification.
