The TESSELLATE Ti-D is the diamond-cantilever model in Wilson Benesch's moving-coil cartridge range. Its body and headshell are a single titanium structure produced by selective laser sintering, with a tessellated, semi-open architecture developed with Renishaw PLC and the University of Sheffield for stiffness, low mass and internal damping. The hybrid cantilever adds a unidirectional carbon fibre damping ring to the diamond cantilever, a world-first hybridised design intended to improve tracking by reducing cantilever resonance.
