The TecnoArm 2 is Michell's reference-class tonearm, built around a one-piece arm tube that is shot-blasted to alter its sonority and drilled with 22 holes on its underside to reduce mass. It runs on ultra-low friction polymer bearings and is wired with a continuous 99.9999% pure silver litz loom from the cartridge tags to the phono plugs, with no internal wiring joints. Michell's TecnoWeight counterweight sets the tracking force, and the VTA/SRA adjuster sets arm height so the stylus meets the groove at the correct angle.
