The TN-400BT-X is a three-speed belt-drive turntable with a Bluetooth transmitter, streaming vinyl playback wirelessly to headphones or speakers using the Qualcomm aptX and aptX Adaptive codecs as well as SBC. A high-torque DC motor belt-drives the die-cast aluminum platter at 33-1/3, 45, and 78 rpm, the S-shaped static-balanced tonearm takes universal head-shells and comes with an audio-technica AT95E MM cartridge fitted, and a built-in phono stage provides switchable phono or line output. The MDF plinth is finished in natural walnut veneer with a laser-engraved TEAC logo; a Turquoise Blue limited color edition (TN-400BT-X/TB) is also listed by the manufacturer.
