The MD-1P combines a music streamer and a power amplifier in one chassis, delivering 300 watts per channel into 8 ohms. Over the MD-1 it adds two switchable pairs of speaker terminals and dual subwoofer outputs, and it carries an MM phono stage, XLR and RCA line inputs with a bypass mode, HDMI ARC, USB audio, and Bluetooth 5.0 with LDAC and aptX HD. An NVMe SSD slot provides internal music storage that can be shared over the network. It runs MA Player with the MA Remote App and is Roon Ready with AirPlay 2, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, and Spotify Connect.
