The NT-1 is the reference digital audio transport of Matrix Audio's N Series, carrying the same Hi-Fi streaming hardware as the M Series flagships. Its clock system pairs a femtosecond clock with an RF synthesizer and accepts a 10MHz external reference such as the SC-1. Optical, coaxial, AES/EBU, and IIS-LVDS outputs connect conventional DACs, while an electrically isolated USB DAC port runs from its own transformer winding of the full linear power supply, and an SFP port allows a fibre network connection. It runs MA Player with the MA Remote App and is Roon Ready with AirPlay 2, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz Connect, and Spotify Connect.
