The SC-1 is Matrix Audio's 10MHz reference clock, built around a custom oven-controlled SC-cut crystal oscillator for streamers, DACs, and CD players with external clock inputs. Four BNC outputs are independently buffered from the same source, with phase noise at the output ports better than -118dBc/Hz at 1Hz and jitter of 20fs from 1 to 100Hz. The output waveform is factory set to sine or square, and a 1PPS reference input allows automatic calibration against an external time base. An automatic linear power supply powers the oven and clock circuits separately.
